The prices listed below are based on an average 3 bedroom house and are intended to give you some idea of what you should expect to pay.

Prices are inclusive of VAT and include any required soil, spot & stain removal treatments, deodorisers and urine neutralisers.

Terms

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Prices subject to survey and shall be confirmed before any work is undertaken. Payment should be made oncompletion of work, invoice by prior arrangement only and all accounts must be settled within 30 days.
Any concerns relating to work carried out by Alchemy Cleaning Services Ltd must be reported within 14 days.

* Free emergency stain removal is provided at Alchemy's discretion and covers the following spills: red wine, tea, coffee, vomit, urine, faeces, paint and any spill that may become permanent without prompt attention. This service relates to stain removal only and does not include full room clean. This service is available to repeat customers, is by invitation only and is imited to 3 incidents per calender year.

After Cleaning

Protective furniture pads should be left in place until the carpet is completly dry, this remains the responsibilty of the customer.
Care should be taken when walking from damp carpets onto hard floors, and please refrain from using electrical equipment on or near to damp carpets and furnishings.
Customers should notify us of any chemical spills such as bleach prior to cleaning as these products can react to the cleaning process, this remains the responsibilty of the customer.

Please keep pets and children away from the cleaning area and equipment.
